I will provide you with and help you complete all the necessary forms, and support you through the procedure. You will deal with your own correspondence.

I will manage your divorce for you from start to finish. I will provide guidance and advice on an ongoing basis, in person and in writing. I will deal with all documentation and correspondence, keep you informed in writing throughout.

Where you have already reached an agreement, I will advise you on that agreement and prepare a formal Court Order, outlining arrangements for finances. You will deal with your own correspondence.

I will provide a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting, either jointly or separately, and complete if appropriate the FM1 form. Only the party intending to issue proceedings pays this amount.

COURT PROCEEDINGS

It is not possible to give fixed fees for representation at Court, as each case is different and the amount of work involved varies. You will be given an estimate of the costs at the beginning of the case, but this is an estimate only and can go up.
|

PRO BONO
|
|
Currently, where you qualify for legal aid, I offer my mediation services without charge. If you are not sure if you would qualify, I am happy to assess you during the initial meeting.
|
